Cesar – Everything Edmonton

Cooper and O’Hara recently had a chance to go to Fort Edmonton park with the Nait photographic technologies program.  We were asked to come and set up an editorial shoot for the students so they could see how we worked.  After walking around the park trying to find a subject we happened upon Cesar.  Cesar is a wood worker at the park.  He sketches and then creates the amazing animals you see going around on a carousal. His passion and skill for his craft was an incredible thing for us and the students to experience.  The best part about our job is the ability to be constantly inspired by the amazing talent in this world. Thank you Cesar for being a part of this lesson.

    1. All the artists work on a volunteer basis. Each horse/elephant/animal for the carousel takes over a year to make. They REALLY love what they do!
